Currently, ACO offers partially subsidized rental units at below-market rates to various arts and cultural organizations, allowing creators to focus on their work without the burden of rent, realizing various ideas, experiments, projects, and actions.
The resident units span different artistic fields, including visual arts, literature and publishing, sound and performing arts, and community development, with some open to public visits. Everyone is welcome to come and explore, connect, and communicate.
